TRAVELING THE USA WITH A NEW LIFE TRANSFORMATION!

Instead of focusing on our Northwest US travel we found it important to share our life changing experiences the last few months.
We both learned so much the last 6 months. Started with Keto then adhered to a Carnivore Diet. A Carnivore diet includes BBBE-beef, bacon, butter and eggs.

There’s really nothing special about this transformation. We simply adhered to the proper human diet, focusing on what’s right for our species, and now we look and feel like natural humans. We have been following the #CarnivoreDiet, and people often ask about LDL and cholesterol, but they should be more concerned with metabolic health. Poor metabolic health makes you 6X more likely to suffer heart disease compared to poor LDL.

Look around, and you’ll notice that many suffer from poor metabolic health, yet few are concerned about it. Besides the weight loss,we feel 100x better. We both have kicked high chloesteral meaning no more statin drugs. No more BP meds and so many positive things with our good health now.  We feel like  natural human beings, free from aches, pains, and arthritis. We both are on no medications as that was in the past with our terrible carb filled diets.

Everyone deserves to feel as good as we do, free from inflammation. If you observed animals in the wild, like a deer, you would never see them suffer from human-like health problems. However, visit a grocery store, and you’ll see these conditions in nearly every person. If we fed animals our diet, they’d suffer too. Humans, and our poor pets, are the only species that eat outside of our species-intended foods, and yet we have the most health issues despite our big brains.

We’ve normalized poisoning ourselves with sugar, processed foods, and garbage, resulting in widespread sickness, fatigue, and heart disease, the number one killer. While it may be a new normal, it’s not natural. Bill lost 30lbs-15% of BMI. Liz lost 25lbs-18% of BMI. Another excellent source of learning more is Dr. Ken Berry, MD (saved many lives)
He has many YouTube videos.
